MULTI-CURRENCY
Project rates
We have added multi-currency support to project rates. Previously, the employee’s rate was set in the company’s currency by default.
If the company’s employees are involved in several projects in different markets, you can specify the employee’s rate on the project in a currency other than your company’s accounting currency. For example, the company’s accounting is in euros, and the employee’s rate on the project is determined in dollars. Then, when forming invoices, the amount is indicated in dollars with conversion into euros to account for the company’s operations.
If the rate changes, you can add a new record, specifying from which period it is valid. The history of changing rates is stored in the system.

Invoices
Now you can perform invoice transactions not only in the accounting currency of your company but also specify another currency that is convenient for the client. Then, when forming invoices, the amount is indicated, for example, in dollars with conversion into euros to account for the company’s operations.

Salary accrual
We have expanded the functionality of employee contracts and payroll in various currencies. For each employee, you can specify a rate in a currency that is different from your company’s accounting currency. When forming payslips, the currency specified in the employee’s main contract will be taken into account.
